The mother appeals from the order of the circuit court terminating her parental rights in her daughter, aged two. The petition for termination alleged that the mother is unfit by reason of conduct or condition seriously detrimental to the child and that integration of the child into the mother's home is improbable in the foreseeable future because of conduct and conditions not likely to change. ORS 419.523...
