This is a tax suit instituted by Northside Independent School District to collect ad valorem taxes on the property of Air Force Village Foundation, Inc., for the years 1972 through 1975. The City of San Antonio, the State of Texas, and the County of Bexar intervened claiming ad valorem taxes for the same period.
