This is a suit for damages resulting from a two vehicle collision which occurred July 8, 1975 on U.S. Highway 71 in Grant Parish. Plaintiffs are Kenneth Byoune, driver of one of the vehicles, and Frank D. Holmes individuallyand on behalf of his minor son, Dennis Wayne Holmes.
