This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from an order of the Windsor Superior Court dismissing plaintiffs' complaint. The complaint alleged the following facts. Plaintiff Neal's intestate, plaintiff Alger, and defendant each were severally and separately joint tenants with right of survivorship with Mabel H.
