White, d/b/a White Construction & Equipment Rental Company, purchased 15 new dump trucks from defendant, Martin GMC Trucks, Inc., between November 9, 1971, and June 1, 1972, at prices ranging from $16,170.50 to $16,465.50, or a total of $244,112.50. Martin; General Motors Corporation, the manufacturer of the trucks; and General Motors Acceptance Corporation, which financed the credit part of the purchase, were named as defendants...
