This matter is before the Court for a ruling on the merits following a trial to the Court on alleged violations of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983 and 2000e et seq. At the close of the plaintiff's case, the Court granted defendant's motion for a directed verdict as to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
