GALLAGHER, Associate Judge:

Appellant was tried by a jury and convicted of first-degree burglary while armed, armed rape, first-degree burglary and petit larceny.1 He contends on appeal that the trial court erred in refusing to suppress certain tangible evidence and an incriminating statement made to police.
