Plaintiff, Berman, Fichtner & Mitchell, Inc., a professional corporation, sued defendant, Charles Kahn, for attorney's fees. The trial court, in a nonjury trial, held that by the execution of an agreement and assignment, the defendant discharged his obligation to plaintiff. Plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
