This appeal involves a suit to recover an amount owing under a judgment previously rendered in favor of the plaintiff. The facts are based upon an agreed statement of the parties, and thus are uncontroverted. On May 23, 1968, Edward Koerber recovered a judgment against Middlesex College in the amount of $38,429.40.
