CONNOR, Justice.

The question presented is whether the Greater Anchorage Area Borough can recover attorney's fees as the prevailing party in a civil action.

Originally this case concerned the extent of exemption from real property taxes which could be claimed by the Sisters of Charity. As to that exemption, the Sisters of Charity prevailed in the superior court, but on appeal we reversed and remanded. Greater Anchorage Area Borough v....
