Plaintiff, Lease Finance Incorporated, brought this action against defendants, Cowell Sales Co., Inc., and William and Dorothy Burger, for conversion of a 12-pound capacity dry cleaning machine; Lease Finance also claimed damages from the Burgers for breach of a lease agreement pertaining to that machine.
