Defendant stands convicted by his plea of guilty to an amended information charging one count of second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549, arising from his participation in a multiple murder in Saginaw, Michigan. Prior to sentencing, defendant moved to withdraw his plea of guilty. This motion was denied by the trial court which subsequently sentenced defendant to life imprisonment.
