PER CURIAM.

In 1969, appellant Philip E. Gaddis suffered injury to his ankles and back when he fell from a forklift in the course of his employment for Georgia-Pacific Corporation. He received compensation by agreement for total incapacity. In 1971, a decree was entered reducing the compensation to cover only partial incapacity. In 1975, appellant filed a petition for further total compensation, which the Industrial Accident Commission denied. This timely appeal follows...
