OSBORN, Justice.

The Appellant filed suit in District Court to recover damages resulting from the destruction of buildings under an Unsafe Buildings Ordinance. Based upon jury findings that the residence was a "nuisance," which "could not have been corrected without making repairs that would have amounted to substantial reconstruction" and "none" as to damages for mental pain and mental anguish, the trial Court entered a take nothing judgment.
