Plaintiffs, husband and wife, sought and were granted a decree of specific performance based on defendants' oral contract to convey real estate. Defendants appeal.

The record owners were defendants Harvey Wright1 and his estranged wife, Bertha, as tenants by the entirety in one-half interest, and Harry Cozart, Bertha's brother, in one-half interest.
