This is a workmen's compensation suit filed by Clifton Stapleton against Travelers Insurance Company, which was the workmen's compensation insurer of plaintiff's employer, Javeler Construction Company (hereinafter Javeler). After a trial on the merits, judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff finding him entitled to compensation for total and permanent disability.
