Elwood Dugas, plaintiff, sued the Coca Cola Bottling Company, defendant, (later identified correctly as Coca Cola Bottling Company of Lake Charles, Inc.), contending that a coca cola bottle had exploded in his hand and the bottling company was responsible for his damages.
