Appellee Hill, as seller, entered into a contract of sale with Appellant Ogilvie, Trustee,1 as buyer, which provided for the sale of 21.37 acres of land in Gregg County, Texas. Some six months later, appellee filed suit against Ogilvie and his trust beneficiaries seeking a cancellation of the contract on the grounds that the property description was insufficient to comply with the statute of frauds,
