OPINION

EASLEY, Justice.

Plaintiff Pablo Guerra (Guerra) filed suit for workmen's compensation against the defendant Phelps Dodge Corporation (Phelps). The trial court dismissed the claim on the ground that Guerra had settled the claim along with a previous compensation case between the parties. The Court of Appeals held for Guerra and awarded him attorneys fees for the appeal. We reverse the Court of Appeals as to all issues and sustain the decision of...
