This is a defamation suit. Plaintiff, Frank Domino, appeals two adverse judgments of the trial court which 1) dismissed his suit against two defendants, Paul Vella and Harry Gautier, on a motion for summary judgment and 2) dismissed the suit against defendant, Charles Russell Brownell, on a motion for summary judgment.
