STATON, Judge.

George Robert Horn, Jr., was charged with knowingly delivering marijuana, in violation of IC 1971, 35-24.1-4.1-10(a)(1), Ind. Ann. Stat. § 10-3561r(a)(1) (Burns Code Ed.).1 At trial before the court, he attempted to show that he was entrapped by a police officer. Following his conviction, he brings this appeal. Finding no error, we affirm.
