These claims of a violation of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act arose out of the defendant's insistence that general contractors submitting bids for the construction of a college library not use mechanical subcontractors' bids submitted less than five hours before the deadline for submission of the general contractors' bids, or less than four hours before the general contractors' submission time if more than five hours before that time...
