Arguments still continue over the final entitlement to lands granted American railroads more than a century and a quarter ago. This appeal challenges the district court's affirmance of a decision of the Secretary of the Interior denying appellants' claims to certain lands which they say they are entitled to as holders of powers of attorney sold by the Santa Fe Railroad. The powers of attorney were sold by the Railroad to the appellants' predecessors...
