Samuel D. Davis, plaintiff in this case, became a participant in defendant's pension fund when the first payment was made in his behalf in 1956 by Robinson Freight Lines. He had in excess of fifteen years service credit with the Fund as of the year 1969. There is a dispute as to how many years he actually had.
