On September 14, 1977, we dismissed the appeal in the instant cause in an unpublished per curiam opinion. Our mandate issued on September 30, 1977, and was filed with the clerk of the trial court on October 4, 1977. On March 13, 1978, we received a supplemental transcript from the clerk of the trial court.
