Russell R. Lippold and Patricia Ann Kerley Gregg were charged by indictment with the first degree murder of Lester Gordon Mullins by shooting him with a gun. Because the appellant was fourteen years of age at the time of the incident in question, the Circuit Court heard a motion to transfer the cause to the Juvenile Court, and after a determination in that court of incorrigibility the cause was then transferred to the Circuit Court for trial as an adult...
