OPINION

SOSA, Justice.

This suit was brought in the District Court of Bernalillo County to recover amounts allegedly due plaintiff under a policy of insurance issued by the defendant under which plaintiff was insured. The case was tried to the court without a jury and judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff. Defendant appeals. We affirm.
