The appellant suffered a compensable injury at his job. A claim was filed and an award was made to him by the Workmen's Compensation Board. No appeal was taken. When Apache Coal Co. v. Fuller, Ky., 541 S.W.2d 933 (1976), was decided, he filed a motion before the Workmen's Compensation Board seeking to reopen his award.
