This suit was brought pursuant to the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601 et seq., to recover the penalty established by § 1640. On August 19, 1976, plaintiff purchased a used car from defendant Auto Associates, Inc., and financed part of the purchase price.
