Appeal from judgments on convictions by a jury of kidnapping and sodomy. The questions are: Whether the Jackson County jury selection process denied defendant his Sixth Amendment rights; whether there was sufficient evidence of the corpus delicti of sodomy; whether a mistrial should have been declared for juror misconduct; and whether a hearsay statement of the victim qualified as an excited utterance.
