This appeal is from a judgment of the trial court sustaining an exception of no cause of action and dismissing plaintiffs' suit at their cost. Plaintiffs, Earl H. Fayard and Albert J. Taft, signed an agreement with one Henry A. McCall, Jr., defendant herein, wherein the plaintiffs were given the right to purchase immovable property from McCall.

The facts are not in dispute herein. The two plaintiffs were interested in buying this riverfront...
