The appellant, Dennis Ullrich, was convicted by a jury in the district court of transporting a stolen motor vehicle in interstate commerce, in violation of the Dyer Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2312 (1976). Ullrich raises multiple grounds that he contends require his conviction to be overturned.
