This is a suit by a doctor against an attorney and his client. Originally, Maria R. Trevino, filed a medical malpractice suit against Dr. Thomas L. Martin. Dr. Martin filed a counterclaim against Mrs. Trevino and instituted a third-party action against Mrs. Trevino's attorneys for filing the malpractice suit against him without just cause.
