Charged as a second offender, (§ 556.280),1 defendant Michael Lee Nachtigal was convicted by a jury of robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon, (§ 560.135), and felonious assault with a deadly weapon, (§ 559.180), and was sentenced, on each offense, to 25 years' imprisonment, the sentences to run concurrently.
