The Governor of Tennessee issued his warrant authorizing the arrest and rendition of appellee pursuant to extradition requisitions from the Governor of Alabama. Appellee filed his petition for writ of habeas corpus in the Criminal Court of Shelby County alleging that he was illegally restrained because the request of the Governor of Alabama does not conform to the laws of Tennessee...
