This cause is before us on an appeal by plaintiffs from final orders of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri (The Honorable John F. Nangle, United States District Judge). The orders complained of dismissed without prejudice a suit brought by plaintiffs,1 minority stockholders in a New Jersey corporation which is now known as GCI, Inc. and which was formerly known as PPD Corporation...
