Plaintiffs Timothy Lawlor and Judith Lawlor, husband and wife, brought this action in the District Court, Flathead County, seeking damages pursuant to section 32-2904, R.C.M. 1947, for defendants' (County of Flathead and its Board of County Commissioners) alleged willful, intentional neglect in failing to remove an obstruction to a county road.
