PER CURIAM:

Petitioner Theodore Thompson brings this appeal from the District Court's denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. In his petition, Thompson challenges his state court robbery conviction1 on grounds that an illegally obtained confession was used against him in violation of his Sixth Amendment right to counsel and his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.
