In this action the petitioner has filed with the court a request for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus. The petitioner presently is incarcerated in a state prison and is serving sentences for conviction on August 26, 1975, in the Circuit Court for Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, of armed robbery and attempted murder.
