This litigation involves two conflicting claims to the proceeds of a life insurance policy. The principal question presented is whether the insured, Dr. Jack H. Phillips, changed the beneficiary named in the policy from his first wife, Mrs. Juanita C. Phillips Wickham (Mrs. Wickham), to his second wife, Mrs. Beverly P. Phillips (Mrs. Phillips).
