In this case, transferred here after opinion in the Court of Appeals, St. Louis District, defendant appeals his conviction on four counts of robbery in the first degree with a dangerous and deadly weapon, § 560.135, RSMo 1969. He was sentenced by the jury to imprisonment for terms of thirty years on each of Counts I and III and to twenty-five years on each of Counts II and IV, which were ordered by the court to run concurrently.
