F. P. Pickens brought this lawsuit in September of 1975 for sums claimed due additionally from a profit sharing plan in force under former employment and for pre-judgment interest and reasonable attorney's fees. The trial court awarded Pickens recovery of part of the additional money claimed due from the profit sharing plan, but denied recovery of interest and attorney's fees.
