PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs brought this action seeking to amend the plat of the Sequanota Heights subdivision to widen a private road and decrease the size of certain lots. Plaintiffs are the proprietors of lots 10, 11, and 12 of this 16-lot subdivision. Defendants Krchak are the owners of lots 8 and 9; defendants Marme own lots 1, 14, 15, and 16.
