HICKMAN, Justice.

Adolphous Scott, Jr. was convicted of capital murder in the Hot Spring County Circuit Court for the killing of Henry Puckett. After a jury trial, Scott was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. He raises ten allegations of error on appeal. We find merit in many of these points and reverse and remand the case.
