Plaintiff appeals from a judgment entered in the District Court, Flathead County, favoring defendant Beatrice Foods Co. in a products liability case. Plaintiff Philip Stenberg's left arm was amputated below the elbow when his arm slipped into the intake end of a grain auger (a mechanical, screw-type grain elevator) manufactured by the defendant Beatrice Foods Co.
