HOWARD, Judge.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of first-degree rape and robbery with a prior conviction. He was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of not less than 15 nor more than 21 years for the rape and not less than 12 nor more than 15 years on the robbery conviction. He contends that the trial court erred in not suppressing his in-court identification and in not granting his motion for a mistrial. We hold that the trial court did not err...
