The sole question presented by this appeal is whether Gilbert Y. McFadden is disqualified from receiving unemployment compensation benefits because he left his employment with the United States Postal Service "voluntarily without good cause." McFadden was compelled to retire when he reached the mandatory retirement age of 70 years. The Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Commission (KUIC) denied McFadden's claim for unemployment benefits.
