This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court denying an application for postconviction relief which was instituted pursuant to G.L.1956 (1969 Reenactment) ch. 9.1 of title 10. The applicant (Johnson) seeks to vacate a plea of nolo contendere he gave in 1968 to an indictment charging him with possession of burglar tools.
