POMEROY, Justice.

The appellant, Darrell Peaslee, was indicted for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking. His case was jointed for trial with a case against his wife, Susann Peaslee, which arose from the same alleged crimes. Both defendants were found guilty after a jury trial. From judgment entered on the jury verdict, Darrell Peaslee now seasonably appeals.

We deny the appeal.
