NICHOLS, Justice.

The Defendant brings this appeal from a judgment of conviction for burglary1 entered on a jury verdict in Superior Court in Waldo County. As issues on appeal, the Defendant argues (a) that it was error to allow an in-court identification of him by the chief prosecution witness, and (b) that the evidence was insufficient to support the jury verdict.
